Consultation of documents (records of civil status, real estate certification)

The document consultation allows the applicant to request verification of whether or not the required document exists in the corresponding records’ databases. This service can be used in cases where the applicant does not know exactly what to look for or has lost relevant data that allows the location of his document.

It is recommended in the following cases:

• When there is no precise information on the relevant data of a Civil Status Certification
• When the dates of a judicial process or a judicial sentence are unknown
• When the requested document corresponds to a date range but the exact date of the event is not known

• Judicial sentences
• Migratory record

For these cases, we will request from the competent authorities in your country of origin all the information they have in their registry about you. This information will be given to you and will allow you to identify the document you need and its date.
